For $2.99 per order, eligible shipments are protected against loss, theft, and damage during transit.
Coverage includes:
- Packages confirmed lost in transit
- Packages damaged during shipping
- Packages marked delivered but reasonably believed to have been stolen
How to make a claim: Contact ELLENIA Customer Support with your order number and details about the issue. We may request photos of damaged products/packaging, tracking information, or other reasonable documentation needed to review the claim.
Approved claims: At ELLENIA's discretion and subject to these terms, an eligible approved claim may receive a replacement shipment or refund for the protected merchandise.
Not covered: Shipping Protection does not cover incorrect addresses entered by the customer, packages redirected after shipment, delivery delays alone, buyer's remorse, normal product wear, or claims involving fraud or abuse.
Claims should be submitted within 7 days of the carrier marking an order as delivered for theft or damage. For packages that appear lost in transit, please contact us once the shipment has exceeded the carrier's expected delivery timeframe.
Shipping Protection is optional and can be removed from your order before checkout.
